The California Energy Commission (CEC) Food Production Investment Program (FPIP) provides grant funding to help food processors accelerate the adoption of advanced energy and decarbonization technologies to support electrical grid reliability and reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
Join us if your company operates production facilities in California and you are interested in learning about funding opportunities to support facility upgrades that reduce your carbon footprint alongside other benefits. If your operations are not in California, you may still want to learn about the types of projects other dairy companies have pursued with FPIP funding.”
During this session, we will explore the goals of FPIP, the qualifications to consider when applying, the application process, and wrap up with success stories. Our success stories will include a background of a facility’s operations, technology upgrade(s) recommended and installed for the facility, nuances we faced at each facility, challenges/lessons learned, and ultimately the results supported by quantified Engineering analysis and funding awarded.
