Ponte Vedra Inn & Club
You may make your hotel reservations online or directly with the hotel by calling their reservations office at 1-800-234-7842. When calling, refer to the IDFA Spring Board Meeting to receive the group room rate of $359 per night plus a daily amenity fee of $25 and applicable taxes. The deadline to secure a room at the discounted rate is April 3, 2025.
To secure your reservation, the first night's deposit is required. This charge will not be refunded but will be applied towards the final bill upon check out.
