Andy Jacobs is a 30-year CPG veteran with significant experience with indulgent snacks. He was appointed CEO of Turkey Hill in June of 2021. He was previously Chief Operating Officer of Hostess Brands and has significant private equity experience with Metropolous & Co, Apollo and Peak Rock Capital. Andy was part of the team that sold Hostess to The Gores Group and then took Hostess public via a SPAC process. He remained at Hostess and was the prime architect behind building multi-channel distribution at Hostess. Under Andy’s leadership, Hostess came out of a Chapter 7 bankruptcy shut-down and today is doing over $1.3 billion in retail sales in under 7 years.
Previous to Hostess, Andy was head of Hershey U.S. sales and managed the Global Walmart business in 8 different countries. He started his career at Nabisco.
Andy sat on the Board of Directors at Turkey Hill prior to becoming CEO.
