Andy Pfister is Executive Vice President at Masters Gallery Foods and is based at the company’s Plymouth, Wisconsin headquarters. Plymouth is also where he and his family have called home since joining Masters Gallery in 2011. In his current position, Andy leads company-wide cheese, ingredient, and packaging purchases, market risk management, supply chain, logistics, and industrial sales. In addition, he also serves on multiple industry boards.
Andy’s childhood background of being raised on a corn and soybean farm in central Illinois established a strong passion for agriculture and led him to pursue an education in the agriculture field, with an emphasis on trading and commodity markets. He holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both Agri-Business and Agronomy from Illinois State University, where he graduated with honors. Following his early passion for grain trading, Andy began his professional career with that focus before jumping at the opportunity to enter the dairy business by joining Kraft Foods in 2009, where he held multiple positions within the dairy procurement department.
