Bonnie has had over 13 years of experience in Food Safety & Quality Assurance for dairy and plant based beverages. She joined Shamrock Foods 8 years ago to help start up their first east coast dairy plant. She’s utilized rapid methods and traditional testing methods with ESL and aseptic products for food quality screening.
