Brett Tanttu is the Vice President of Research and Development for Saputo Dairy USA. In his R&D role, Brett leads the technical team for Saputo’s US division along with driving innovation and business development initiatives in the US. Brett joined Saputo in 2012 after Saputo acquired the Morningstar division of Dean Foods. Prior to Saputo, Brett also worked for Michael Foods and at MooBella a technology ice cream start-up company.
