Brook Sherman has been a dairy industry professional for over 25 years and currently working as a Senior Support Coordinator for the North American Food and Beverage division of Ecolab. Prior to her current position, Brook held various roles in the dairy industry from production at a greenfield start up site, to quality and regulatory positions. She spent 15 years with the Idaho State Department of Agriculture conducting & rating state, FDA & USDA inspections of dairy producers and processors. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, with a degree in Food Sciences. She currently resides in Twin Falls, Idaho with her daughter, Addiana.
