Doug Wilke is the CEO of Valley Queen Cheese Factory, Inc., a privately owned dairy processing company headquartered in Milbank, South Dakota, employing 250 people. He has served in this role since January 2, 2017. Prior to joining Valley Queen, Doug worked for Foremost Farms USA for over 30 years in various management and leadership roles, most recently serving as the Senior Vice President of Dairy Ingredients and Product Technology. Doug currently serves on the board of the American Dairy Products Institute and the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association.
