Ebru is the EVP - Compliance at Sargento Foods. She has a BS degree in Food Engineering, Master of Jurisprudence in Global Food Law and Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago. In her 28- year career, Ebru worked in multiple fields such as Food Safety and Quality, R&D, Regulatory, Government Affairs, Legal and Compliance. She had the opportunity to work with business owners, customers, suppliers and regulators in the US and internationally. In her most current role, she is responsible for developing and managing compliance initiatives, controls, and processes by providing expertise and leadership in collaboration with other functions. She operates as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance issues within the company. Ebru also oversees Corporate Social Responsibility, Regulatory Affairs and Food Safety and Quality functions.
