Elaina Luu is currently Vice President of Procurement for Saputo USA. She is responsible for the oversight of the USA Procurement Team primarily managing Direct Materials and Indirect categories. Elaina joined Saputo in 2013. She has been in the Dairy industry since 2007, starting her career with Dean Foods where she received the CEO Award for delivering outstanding financial results. Prior to her time in Dairy, she held several roles at Lockheed Martin and AbbottLabs in Procurement and Finance functions, as well as a board position supporting the ISM chapter in Dallas.
Elaina holds a bachelor’s degree in business, with an emphasis in Finance from Southern Methodist University located in Dallas, TX. She is a native to Dallas where she resides with her husband and their two youngchildren.
