Frank is Co-CEO at Franklin Foods Inc., the US Subsidiary of German Cheese Manufacturer, is a leading cheese company in Germany and Europe. He has been with Hochland since 1999.
Being dairy technologist and in the dairy industry for well over 30 years he has worked in many different roles including Plant Management, Product Development, R&D and Production and in many different locations including Dubai, UAE where he oversaw a dairy plant and a juice plant as Plant Manager.
During his previous role, where he was looking after the Hochland production facilities globally and being familiar with the plants in Arizona and Vermont for several years he moved to Arizona in August 2023 with his wife and 3 Kids and took over the position of Vice President Operations, leading the two plants, Quality Management and Sustainability, before he took over the Role as Co-CEO jn October 2024.
