Israel Santiesteban-Barrientos joined Schreiber in 2024 as Senior Vice President Supply Chain Management US. In this role, Israel leads Schreiber’s end to end supply chain strategy.
He earned an undergraduate degree from Systems Engineering Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM).
Israel brings more than 20 years of transformational leadership and experience in the global supply chain and procurement industry. He also has extensive experience in the areas of ESG, Mergers & Acquisitions, Research & Development. He most recently served at Kraft Heinz Company, where he was the Vice President of North America Procurement and Supply where he managed $7B of annual spend, was a key leader in their ESG, S&OP and M&A efforts and led a variety of transformational Supply Chain and Operational initiatives.
Israel and his wife have two children and currently reside in Chicago. Israel is active in the Latin/Hispanic & LGBTQ+ communities as well as mentoring young professionals.
