Jean-Philippe Asselin has been with Agropur for 18 years. He spent his first 8 years in Canada, beginning as Financial analyst and followed by multiple roles in finance. He was part of the team that worked on Merger and acquisitions which contributed to understand the overall Agropur business.
He moved to the US in 2015 following the acquisition of Davisco. He assumed the role of Vice-President Finance for Agropur US Operations for 7 years.
In December 2021, he got promoted to President of Agropur US Cheese business.
He graduated from Sherbrook University in 2007 with a Bachelor and Master degree in finance.
