Jeff Wilkerson began his 21-year career at the Kroger Company within their Manufacturing Dairy Division. After graduating from The Ohio State University, he joined Kroger at Tamarack Farms Dairy as a member of the Career Training Program. He spent several years at Tamarack working in various operation leadership roles prior to moving into a Senior Operations position at Crossroad Farms Dairy in Indianapolis. During his time at Crossroads’ he was a key leader in multiple major capital projects revamping the Ice Cream department and leading the plant through a major supply chain transformation. Over the next 10 years he took the reins as plant manager for three other Kroger Dairies, Westover Dairy (Lynchburg, VA), Winchester Farms Dairy (Winchester, KY) and Springdale Ice Cream and Beverage (Cincinnati, OH). The last year he has spent in his new role, Director of Dairy Sourcing.
Jeff is married with 3 high school aged children and lives in the northern suburbs of Cincinnati, along with their 2 golden doodles.
