Joe Diglio has served as President & Chief Executive Officer for Michigan Milk Producers Association (MMPA), a member owned dairy cooperative serving approximately 1,000 dairy farmers in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Wisconsin since July 2014. Joe has over 32 years of experience with MMPA, serving in various leadership roles throughout his tenure. Under Joe’s guidance, MMPA’s footprint has expanded to accommodate strategic business objectives including the recent acquisition of Superior Dairy in Canton, Ohio. The acquisition provides direct access to consumers through efficient supply chain channels as well as innovative solutions to enhance customer experiences. Joe serves on the Executive Council for International Dairy Foods Association and is a member of the IDFA Ingredients Segment Board. He also serves on other national industry organizations including the Executive Council for National Council of Farmer Cooperatives and is a Board member for the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy, National Milk Producers Federation and the U.S. Dairy Export Council.
