Justin has more than 20 years in the food industry combining food science, culinary innovation, & entrepreneurial growth. He holds an A.A.S. in Culinary Arts & Management & a B.Sc. in Culinology® & Food Science from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. He specializes in R&D strategy, facility startups, process engineering, & co-product utilization, taking products from concept to commercialization across categories like beverages, dairy, nutraceuticals, confections, & snacks. He is an active mentor for food entrepreneur accelerators and supports industry growth by contributing leadership & expertise to culinary & food science organizations. He has held technical roles in vitamin formulation, freeze dried foods & multiple CPG companies. He is currently the Senior Product Development Manager for Tillamook County Creamery Association where he drives new innovation & growth for the company’s Ice Cream, Cheese, & other dairy categories.
