Khristopher Johnson-DeLoatch is an associate in Steptoe's Complex Commercial Disputes practice. Khris has experience handling all phases of civil discovery in disputes for clients across a wide range of industries, with matters pending in federal and state court, as well as arbitration. Khris also frequently counsels clients engaged in highly regulated industries, concerning FDA, higher education, cannabis, and hemp regulation issues. His work here is guided in part by his experience interning for a major international pharmaceutical company during law school.
During law school, Khris served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Beth Phillips in the US District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
Prior to entering law school, Khris taught Algebra and worked as a Curriculum Specialist as a member of Teach for America and as a Policy Advocacy & Organization Fellow for the City County Council in Indianapolis, Indiana.
