Lance FitzSimmons became President and CEO of Leprino in November 2024, where he oversees the company's overall management, including shaping corporate strategy and fostering employee engagement.
Since joining Leprino in 2009, FitzSimmons has gained extensive experience across the organization, holding several critical leadership roles. As Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer, he was responsible for overseeing production operations and supply chain management—key areas integral to the company's success. His earlier roles include Senior Vice President of Operations, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance and Accounting, Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.
Before his tenure at Leprino, FitzSimmons built a strong foundation at Procter & Gamble, where he held various finance leadership positions. These roles included Global Finance Manager for P&G’s Hair Care brands and Finance Group Manager for the Wal-Mart Customer Team, along with other analytical roles within the company’s corporate finance department.
FitzSimmons holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Miami University in Ohio.
