Lucas Fuess has spent a lifetime in dairy, growing up on his family’s 200-cow farm in Upstate New York. Lucas graduated with distinction in research from Cornell University, where he studied Animal Science and International Agriculture. Lucas started his career as a Dairy Analyst at Glanbia Nutritionals and was soon promoted to the Dairy Economist role after completing Master’s Degrees at Purdue and Indiana Universities. In 2018, Lucas joined HighGround Dairy as Director of Market Intelligence, leading HighGround Dairy’s best-in-class global dairy market analysis group. Lucas resides in Chicago, Illinois, USA and was recently named to AgGrad’s “30 Under 30” list.
