Mark A. Sherman, Vice President of Manufacturing at Meijer, embarked on a comprehensive journey in the dairy industry that commenced with tasks like milking cows, plowing fields, and planting crops at a young age. Balancing hands-on experience in various facets of manufacturing plants and farm work with his college education, he pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business at Davenport University. Grateful for his tenure with Meijer since 2017, Mark has held the position of VP of Manufacturing and Business Development for over 25 years.
Mark is characterized by his passion, genuine appreciation for people, adept listening skills, strong work ethic, and a love for laughter. However, what stands out most is his enjoyment of life and dedication to helping others in his community thrive. Supported by a large and loving family, Mark is happily married to his wife, Coral. His interests span a wide range, including watching and playing sports such as hockey, basketball, golf, and fishing, as well as coaching youth programs. Mark is also an avid hunter and life-long Detroit Lions fan. Mark derives immense pleasure from witnessing victories by Detroit sports teams.
