Phillip Tong, PhD, is Professor Emeritus of Dairy Science at Cal Poly State University and has over 35 years of experience in dairy foods research and training. He co-authored over 100 dairy foods publications, organized, and led the instruction of over 75 dairy short courses, webinars, and symposia, and gave over 300 presentations to industry groups and academics in 11 countries. He was selected 2019 Fellow of the Institute of Food Technologists, 2016 Fellow of the American Dairy Science Association and he received 2013 Award of Merit from the American Dairy Products Institute.
