The Emerging Risks Group specializes in risk quantification to enable data-driven, multi-year, strategic decision-making for clients based on an understanding of future risk relationships and their impact on company operations. The team’s expertise spans multiple domains including cyber, climate, and geopolitical risk and the ability to form an integrated view of how multiple risks may impact a value chain.
Randal leads the team’s climate vertical and works closely with global Marsh colleagues in the Climate and Sustainability network. He also collaborates with experts across Marsh McLennan on issues such as wildfire risk and the effects of extreme heat on worker health where multiple businesses have a perspective on the subject.
Prior to Marsh, Randal led analytics-based consulting projects at Deloitte. He holds a Bachelor's degree from West Point and an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School.
