Rick has over 40 years of high-level technical support covering a diverse client base of food, dairy, pharmaceutical and beverage manufacturers. Rick leads PSSI Chemical Innovations sales and service venture into Dairy and Food Marketplace and provides technical assistance across all company client platforms. Rick’s key function is to engage senior management teams all the way to the floor level workers to develop and implement performance improvement processes, cost savings initiatives, evaluating existing process systems for operational gaps, reviewing client microbiological product issues, and determining root cause and successfully developing both long and short term corrective actions plans.
