Rylen Dickey is the Sales Director of Ingredients, for Hilmar Cheese Company, Inc. Rylen joined Hilmar in 2005 as a market research analyst after earning her M.B.A. from North Park University School of Business & Nonprofit Management in Chicago, IL. She has since held various management roles in both Category and Sales at Hilmar. In her current role, Rylen serves as a trusted leader of an established sales organization and is proficient in guiding and fulfilling market strategies that deliver overall business objectives. She strives to be a servant leader who empowers team members to successfully find actualization within their professional career aspirations.
Rylen is passionate about the dairy industry and serves as an organizing committee member for the American Dairy Products Institute (ADPI) Dairy Ingredients Symposium and was an ADPI “The Strong Inside” Committee member for three years. Most recently, she participated in IDFA’s Next Gen Leadership program as a member of Cohort 4.
Rylen is a native of Hilmar, CA where she currently resides with her three daughters. She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends or running the local canal banks in training for various endurance races. Additionally, Rylen is an active member of the community and volunteers for various organizations, including serving as a board member for the Hilmar Clothes for Kids program, the Hilmar Unified School District Citizen Bond Oversight Committee and is a Medi-Cal Collaborative Committee Member. Most recently (after 8 years of coaching), she co-coached her daughter’s youth soccer league team to the first place championship this past fall.
