Sally Keefe, founder of skFigures, is a seasoned consultant specializing in food and agriculture policy, with deep expertise in dairy regulation, organic certification, and Federal Milk Marketing Orders. She advises a range of clients—including farmers, cooperatives, processors, corporations, and investors—on management, regulatory, and policy matters.
Previously, Sally served as VP of Legal & Government Affairs at Aurora Organic Dairy (2007–2012) and was part of its founding team in 2003. She also held roles at Horizon Organic Dairy in procurement and operations. Earlier in her career, she was an environmental economics and policy consultant.
She holds a B.A. in Economics from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado.
