Graham leads Hilmar's end-to-end supply chain operations and supporting functions as Chief Operating Officer. He has 18 years of experience in dairy across a range of functions and geographies, starting with Fonterra Cooperative (NZ), Dean Foods (US) and now Hilmar Cheese Co. Before joining the dairy industry, Graham worked in management consultancy for McKinsey & Co, and business development in the international utility sector with Severn Trent PLC.
Graham has been involved in a variety of opportunities at the intersection of technology and business, including leading an internet enabled performance improvement business, sales & operations planning lead on the design team for Global Dairy Trade platform, and executive sponsor for the deployment of advanced planning/business analytics capability with a Sales & Operations Planning team. Graham served on the Dairy.com board on behalf of Dean Foods from 2017-2019.
