Scott Wever is a Senior Project Engineer in Hixson’s Manufacturing Engineering Department. In this role, Scott, who has nearly 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, designs production and packaging systems, and specifies, evaluates, and recommends specific equipment on behalf of Hixson’s clients. Scott holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Western Kentucky University.
