Steve is the Director of Dairy Procurement with Sartori Cheese Plymouth, WI. Sartori is a fourth-generation family-owned business with a mission to make the best cheese in the world.
Steve has served in his role with Sartori since March 2021. Steve has been involved in the dairy industry for 16 years with experience across a range of functions including procurement, sales, trading and risk management in dairy powders and cheeses. Steve currently serves on the board for the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association.
Steve, his wife Heidi and three children are actively involved in their community where they reside in Barrington, IL.
