Troy Ammann graduated from South Dakota State University in 1990 with a B.S. in Dairy Manufacturing. Following college he held various roles in Operations and Technical Services in the cheese industry. In 2000, he joined Davisco Foods International as the Director of Operations and held that position until 2014 when they were acquired by Agropur inc. Since joining Agropur’s US Operations, he has served as Vice President of Cheese Sales.
