HR Leaders in Dairy is an IDFA Member community for human resource officers in the dairy industry to exchange freely and openly on important topics related to engaging and developing the dairy workforce of the future.
HR Leaders in Dairy convenes virtual and in-person gatherings, networking opportunities, webinars, and other learning and sharing experiences for its members.
IDFA's HR Leaders in Dairy community was created during the COVID-19 outbreak, at a time when the safety and wellbeing of the dairy workforce was front and center. The group of 24 of the top dairy business executives and human resource officers convened via a virtual conference to exchange freely and openly on important topics related to the COVID-19 pandemic (e.g., providing a safe workplace environment for employees across the operation, addressing changing customer needs, engaging employees working from home, and preparing for recovery).
