The IDFA Teaching Award in Dairy Manufacturing recognizes outstanding teachers of undergraduate students in dairy science programs. The winner must be an active teacher, demonstrate exceptional teaching ability at an at accredited college or university, have at least 10 years of active teaching and have been a member of the American Dairy Science Association for at least five years.
