Members of Congress and their staffs pour out of the Capitol Building and surrounding offices every year for the “coolest” party on the Hill. IDFA members donated more than 200 3-gallon tubs of ice cream and 750 novelties for the 38th Annual Capitol Hill Ice Cream Party in Union Square Park in 2022, where long lines of eager partygoers spanned across the direct view of the Capitol dome.
Don't forget that July is National Ice Cream Month and Sunday, July 17, 2022, is National Ice Cream Day.
