WASHINGTON, July 23, 2024 - IDFA provided comments to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regarding the identification of known or reasonably foreseeable biological, chemical, and physical hazards in specific food categories to meet the requirements of the Hazard Analysis and Risk-Based Preventive Controls for Human Food final rule.

IDFA made recommendations for this rule that are intended to enhance clarity, scientific accuracy, and utility of this guidance for the dairy industry.
