IDFA’s first annual State of Women in Dairy digs deep into the attitudes, beliefs, behaviors, and policies affecting women employed throughout the dairy supply chain including adjacent industries. This first comprehensive report shows areas of progress and promise while revealing gaps that require change by leaders, organizations, and the industry.
Considering these and other results, IDFA proposes several recommendations for the dairy industry to address perceived gaps and disparities as illustrated by the survey.
