It is common for professionals to hesitate about advancing in their careers due to a perceived lack of readiness. Studies show that this is especially true for women. In this webinar, Women in Dairy explored the psychological barriers that often hold people back, such as imposter syndrome and perfectionism, with particular focus on the experiences of women in the dairy industry.
