USDA recently finalized the National Bioengineered (BE) Food Disclosure Standard, requiring food manufacturers and retailers to include mandatory, uniform disclosure for certain BE foods and BE food ingredients on food labels. IDFA, joined by Hogan Lovells, will explain what the final rule means for dairy products and provide guidance to members on how to comply with the rule.
