IDFA was proud to present a webinar on the 2024 State of Women in Dairy Report and an hold interactive discussion with the Women in Dairy community on its findings and recommendations for the dairy industry.
IDFA’s Women in Dairy lead, Becky Rasdall, recapped the report, played key video snippets from the Dairy Forum panel on the report, and facilitated small-group dialogue on the survey, the report findings, and future recommendations for IDFA and industry efforts to advance gender equality.
